Wiz Khalifa already did it...
Kanye West thanked the city of Philadelphia for Amber Rose in between performances of "Runaway" and "Heartless".
He said: "To the city of Philly, I want to thank y'all for making the incredible person that this song was made for. I know love ain't always easy. Especially when people [are] in your business like they all would be all the time, you know. Y'all gonna fight. Y'all goon argue. It's gonna People hating on you and shit."
This is a few days after Wiz Khalifa did the same thing. Check out the video below.
